We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Please read below for details on how we ship different products.
General shipping
Orders are dispatched from South Northamptonshire, UK via Royal Mail. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with any relevant tracking information.
If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will investigate.
Dispatch times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of payment being confirmed. Hatching egg orders are prioritised due to their perishable nature.
During busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer — we will keep you informed if there is any delay.
Hatching eggs
Hatching eggs are available for delivery to UK addresses only and are sent via Royal Mail Tracked.
We take great care in packaging hatching eggs to minimise the risk of damage in transit. However, we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by postal handling.
Due to their perishable and sensitive nature, we recommend eggs are set for incubation as soon as possible upon arrival.
International orders
Only merchandise products (such as books and papercraft kits) can be shipped internationally.
You are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes applicable in your country. These charges are outside our control and are not included in the order total.
